Please note that
MBE's calendar is set up to "black-out" any dates MBE have
contractual obligations for. MBE currently has two locations and we
encourage you to send us an email inquiring about a blacked-out date with
your location. Depending on the location of your event, we will reply as
to the status of our availability for your area.
This link supplies you with an event form with
options for your party. Simply click on the type of event you're planning
and check off some of the options you're considering. You may return to
uncheck some options for an initial quote.
Please note that this is an unofficial initial
website quote. Once your party details are submitted to MBE, we will
review all the options for your event and return your inquiry with a
qualified quote that more accurately reflects your event. In many
instances MBE's final quote will be less than the initial website quote,
providing you went to the correct link for your event. If you missed a
discount or a special promotion we're running at the time, we will adjust
your final quote to reflect these savings to you.
This form is required to book the services of
Mobile Beats Entertainment. If your proposed date is available (not
"blacked-out") and you're satisfied with the initial quote, please fill
out this form online and submit it to MBE. We use the information provided
here to draft your contract.
Please note that MBE
does not consider any event booked until a deposit is received to
officially "black-out" the date of an event on the website
calendar. As a professional courtesy to our clients, MBE will temporarily
"close" a proposed date on our website calendar during the negotiating
process. MBE reserves the right to re-open such a date should no agreement
be reached within eight (8) weeks of the anticipated event
date.
This form is a great and invaluable tool for
both the client and MBE. This form is essential in providing MBE with all
the necessary information to offer you a qualified contract. Please fill
out the form completely and provide us with as much information as is
available to you at this time. If any required information is missing, it
may delay the processing of your contract. It is the form most frequently
accessed by MBE to insure that your event will get off the ground as you
have planned it. You may return to this form and update any information
that has changed and is pertinent to the your event. Submit any changes to
this form immediately to MBE.
Please
note that this form will be considered closed three (3) days
prior to the event date. MBE realizes that unforeseen and unfortunate
"last minute" changes occur, and MBE will try to reasonable accommodate
and honor any changes in any way possible. Please contact
our office immediately if this situation occurs.
This form provides you and MBE with exactly what it's intended to accomplish: adhere to a timeline for your event. MBE understands that it's frustrating to spend countless days, hours and sleepless nights planning your event to the minute detail, only to have to skip a "dedication" because you ran out of time. MBE realizes that things don't always go as planned, so we keep an eye on your event timeline to keep your itinerary and party running smoothly. A timeline is dynamic, even during the actual event, and with proper notice, MBE DJs and MCs will accommodate our clients in any reasonable way possible. We constantly consult with you, or your designated assistant, and all the other professionals (event host, caterers, photographers, etc.) to insure that we're all on the same page and no one misses a beat!
MBE encourage you to go to this link and let us
know some of the artists and/or song titles you wish for MBE to
program into our music sets for your event. The formal
songs/dedications will be handled separately and this link is really
intended to assist MBE in programming our music selections around your
musical likes and dislikes. The link has an area for "must play"
selections and "don't play" selections. Note that MBE screens and
reviews the content of its music catalog for explicit lyrical content
and plays "clean" edits only.
Please note that MBE
impose a "cut-off" date for submitting any song requests. The cut-off date
is one (1) week prior to the event date. Selections
received by MBE after the cut-off date may be included in the music
programming, provided the selection is in our music catalog.
